Copyright & DMCA Policy

Peaceful Power respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of PEAK and peaceful.ooo to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notification of claimed copyright infringement ("DMCA Takedown Notice") under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), and how to submit a counter-notice.

1. Copyright Ownership

All content on peaceful.ooo — including courses, practices, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software — is owned by Peaceful Power or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may use it for personal practice only. Redistribution, resale, or claiming it as your own is prohibited under our Terms of Service.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on peaceful.ooo infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent:

Your notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL where it appears on peaceful.ooo
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the party responsible, and document the action. We aim to respond to valid notices within 5 business days.

4. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of others' copyrights, and we reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
