Peaceful offers digital products (The Peaceful Manual), speaking and keynote services (The Keynote), personal advisory services (The Operator and Private Advisory), and a free newsletter. Each product or service is governed by the terms described at the point of purchase and these general terms.
All content on peaceful.ooo, including text, design, audio, and the Human Architecture framework, is the intellectual property of Peaceful and Rus Nikita. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
Peaceful and Rus Nikita do not guarantee specific outcomes from any product, service, or methodology. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and application. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

We collect information you provide directly: your name and email address when subscribing to the newsletter or submitting an inquiry form, and payment information processed securely through Stripe when purchasing a product.
We do not track behavioral data beyond basic anonymized site analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails from Rus Nikita. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not send automated sequences. Each email is written and sent intentionally.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Beehiiv for newsletter delivery. Each operates under their own privacy policy. We use Formspree for inquiry form submissions. None of these services receive data beyond what is necessary to perform their function.
We retain subscriber and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Team@Peaceful.Ooo.
We use minimal cookies for site functionality only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We stand behind every product. If something is not right, we want to know. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at Team@Peaceful.Ooo and we will make it right.
Due to the instant-download nature of this product, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you contact us directly and the material was not as described. We review each request individually and respond within 48 hours.
Deposits are non-refundable once a date has been confirmed and held. If we are unable to fulfill the engagement for any reason on our end, your deposit will be returned in full. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date receive a full credit toward a future date.
Deposits are non-refundable once the engagement begins. If you need to postpone before the first session, your deposit holds your place for up to 12 months. We do not offer refunds after sessions have commenced, but we are committed to the outcome and will work with you directly if circumstances change.
Terms are outlined individually in your advisory agreement and supersede these general terms.
